BBT Kicks Off its 30th Season of Dance!
The 2020-2021 Season of Dance marks an incredible 30 year milestone for Boca Ballet Theatre! While our plans for performances and events are fluid as the COVID epidemic continues to unfold, we are doing are very best to prepare for all possibilities so that we can continue serving our community through dance! Rest assured, we will keep you posted as further details develop. In the meantime, here’s what you can look forward to during our 30th Season of Dance!
The Nutcracker
The holiday season would not be the same without The Nutcracker, and we are considering a few possibilities for safely hosting this year’s performance! These options include a live virtual performance. Stay tuned for more details!
“An Evening Affair” Dinner & Performance
In lieu of our typical “A Princely Affair” luncheon, we will be hosting “An Evening Affair” Anniversary Dinner and Performance on February 6th, 2021! We hope to make this a live event, but as with many things during this pandemic, plans are fluid!
Swan Lake
Come see the most famous of all classical ballets. Staged after the original choreography of Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov and set to the music of Peter Tchaikovsky, this lavish production of Swan Lake is hauntingly beautiful. Scheduled for May 7- 9, 2021
Resurgence
Summer Repertory Concert
This choreographic variety includes a spicy blend of classical, neoclassical, and contemporary works and will feature international guest artists that are sure to dazzle you! Scheduled for July 31 & August 1, 2021
A note on college dance fair:
Unfortunately, we have postponed the College Dance Fair until Labor Day weekend in 2021!
