Stephen Lazarus
President

Stephen Lazarus is dedicated to advancing Boca Ballet Theatre’s mission to inspire, educate, enrich, and empower youth and the community through dance. A longtime supporter of the arts and nonprofit organizations, he is passionate about creating opportunities for young dancers, presenting compelling performances, and expanding outreach programs that bring the joy of dance to diverse audiences across South Florida. Stephen currently serves as President of OneSpaWorld, a global leader in health and wellness services for cruise ships and destination resorts, and has previously held senior leadership roles at Steiner Leisure, Rayovac, Guinness (Diageo), and Duracell. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand.
